REGISTRATION Requirements for Re-registration Re-registration for students presently in the program is held in the spring of the current year.
Requirements: - Completed Re-registration Form (If lost, you can complete a new form at re-register.)
- Current Year Fee (2010 – 2011): $165/one child, $270/two children, $335/three + children
(A late fee of $60 is assessed to families that have been a part of the PREP program and do not re-register within the designated re-registration time.) Requirements for New Registrations New students may register at any time.
Requirements: - Families new to the program must first stop at the rectory to receive a verification note of parish membership.
- Copy of child’s baptismal certificate
- Custody agreement if applicable

Registration and Re-registration for 2010-2011 Registration for the 2010-2011 PREP year will be held on April 18, 2010 for those choosing Wednesday sessions; and on April 25, 2010 for those choosing Tuesday sessions. Re-registration forms will be distributed to all returning students at least two weeks prior to the first registration date. We will not accept any registrations by phone, e-mail or fax. Please stop by the office or call for an appointment (610-489-4677 x 36).
